My First Two Months
Hi! My name is Ailin Accorinti. I am from Argentina!
I have been in Thailand for two months and I am going to be for four more.

The first weeks I had a cultural shock…the culture was strange compare I used to in my country.
I was scared to crush the car when my host parents drive in the left. Fortunately it is so common for me now!
The food which I saw so rare and spicy, and fruits I have never eaten before, are now very delicious! I like somtaM (papaya salad), Thai melon (orange color), seafood, noodles and a long list of delicious foods.
In spite of missing eating with a knife, I’ve learned how to use just a spoon and fork and sometimes chopsticks too. I have to continue practicing the last one in order not to be ashamed.
In Argentina, I used to eat 4 meals not too much for breakfast and dinner so early. As a result, I always had stomachache the first month.
Even though I had some problems with the electrical system and with my cell phone, my host family has helped to solve them and I have had to buy a new one.

I have had the opportunity to visit cities and beaches in the South. I have been in Krabi, Phuket, Tha sala, Lansaka and some more. I think there are so wonderful beaches!
When I changed to my present family, they took me to the zoo where I touched and rode an elephant what I’d never done in Argentina before.

Thai people have been so nice and friendly to me! Although we can’t always understand each other, one smile solves all problems!
In spite of feeling alone and like a stranger the first time at a new school, I have made a lot of friends and I wish I could make more! They are so friendly and helpful so that they make me feel comfortable!
I’ve been studying the Thai language very hard and I want to improve it still. If I knew their language, the relationship building would be easier and better.
I would like to stay more time in Thailand or come back some day!
Gracias por todo,

Saying
“Good Bye to Thailand”
I’m leaving Thailand today, so I want to say good bye and thank you to everyone I’ve met!
I got so many new experiences living in this city for six months! I came to school every day and made good friends!
The first days at school I enjoyed an English camp! I danced and acted! It was funny! And I met the friendly students of M1 English Program. SANOOK MAK MAK!

I also participated in two parades: sport’s day and mother’s day! It was interesting! I learnt that Thai people had to prepare so many hours before! And I understood how difficult it is walking with Thai clothes on - 'ha-ha' .
MOTHER’S DAY.

In the last time I had the opportunity of visiting a school near Nakhon Si Thammarat. I concluded that Thai students are friendly in every school where I’ve been :-)
I
enjoyed very much Nakhon Si Thammarat and specially Kanlayanee Si Thammarat
J
.
Thanks to everyone who made me feel so comfortable in this school, especially thanks to the M510 students, the M1 students, the English Program teachers, my host family and of course Aj. Mayuree, the Head of the EP.
I hope I come back again someday and see you again! I will miss all of you! See you the next time!
Sawadii Kha! Khopkun ka!
Sawatdii Ka, Chau and bye bye!
